Summer Athlete Strength Camp
Ages 15–18
Our Summer Athlete Strength Camp is designed for teen athletes who are ready to take their training, mindset, and athletic performance to the next level. This program focuses on building explosive strength, improving overall athleticism, and developing the discipline and confidence needed to compete at a higher level both on and off the field.
Through structured performance training and Olympic weightlifting fundamentals, athletes will learn how to move more efficiently, generate power, and train with purpose in a high-energy, competitive environment. Every session is designed to challenge athletes physically and mentally while teaching proper technique, accountability, and the importance of consistent hard work.
Athletes participating in this program will focus on developing:
- Explosive strength and power
- Speed, agility, and athletic performance
- Olympic lifting fundamentals and proper barbell mechanics
- Coordination, balance, and body control
- Mental toughness and resilience
- Confidence, discipline, and leadership
Our coaching approach emphasizes proper movement mechanics, safe lifting technique, and long-term athletic development while creating an environment that encourages athletes to push themselves beyond their comfort zones. Athletes will not only improve physically, but also learn valuable lessons in perseverance, focus, accountability, and self-discipline that carry over into sports, school, and everyday life.
This is more than just a strength program. Our goal is to help athletes build the mindset and habits needed to become stronger competitors, better teammates, and more confident individuals.
Whether your athlete is preparing for their upcoming sports season, looking to improve overall performance, or wanting to gain confidence in the gym, our Summer Athlete Strength Camp provides the coaching, structure, and support needed to help them continue progressing throughout the summer.
Program Details
- Ages: 15–18
- Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays
- Time: 1:00 PM – 2:15 PM
- Location: Pitt Fitness – Chandler, AZ
- Olympic weightlifting & athletic performance focused training
- High-energy, structured coaching environment
