The PITT is the best gym I’ve been a member of. This gym has tons of classes throughout the day for the time that works best for you. Their classes work the entire body mixing cardio, weights, agility, core, upper and lower, all in a workout. They also offer guidance on a lifestyle of food.
First, everyone is welcome in this no judgement place. People range from the top of their fitness game to just starting. Secondly, this is the only place I have found where I have stuck with my fitness plan. I didn’t enjoy working out, but I wake up for a 6 am class every day!
The trainers hold me accountable and make the workouts fun and hard. We have a great community here. There are modifications for every level.
Our kids work out here too. We love it!
