Pitt Future Stars Camp
Ages 10–14
Our Pitt Future Stars Camp is designed to help young athletes build a strong foundation in strength, athletic performance, confidence, and discipline during some of the most important developmental years of their athletic journey.
This program goes beyond traditional summer training by creating a positive, challenging, and supportive environment where athletes are encouraged to grow both physically and mentally. Through structured performance training and team-focused activities, athletes will learn the value of hard work, consistency, leadership, and accountability while developing the confidence needed to succeed in sports and everyday life.
Throughout the program, athletes will be introduced to age-appropriate strength and athletic development exercises focused on improving:
- Coordination and body control
- Speed, agility, and movement mechanics
- Athletic performance and conditioning
- Balance, mobility, and overall fitness
- Confidence and self-discipline
- Teamwork, leadership, and communication
Our coaching staff focuses heavily on teaching proper movement patterns and foundational training techniques in a safe, motivating environment that helps athletes feel successful while continuing to challenge themselves.
In addition to physical training, athletes will also be encouraged to develop mental toughness, perseverance, and a strong work ethic through structured drills, goal-oriented coaching, and positive mentorship. We believe developing young athletes means helping them become stronger not only in sports, but also in character, confidence, and mindset.
Whether your athlete is looking to improve for their sport, stay active during the summer, or gain confidence in a team environment, Pitt Future Stars Camp provides the tools, coaching, and encouragement needed to help them continue growing into stronger, more confident athletes.
Program Details
- Ages: 10–14
- Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
- Time: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
- Location: Pitt Fitness – Chandler, AZ
- High-energy athletic development environment
- Positive coaching and mentorship-focused atmosphere
