Theresa has been training for over 15 years and brings both experience and passion to every class she leads. An NSCA Certified Trainer and NBC-HWC Health & Wellness Coach, she specializes in online women’s weight loss coaching and sustainable lifestyle transformation.
Always up for a challenge, Theresa loves helping clients discover what their bodies are truly capable of. Her approach combines smart programming, accountability, and mindset work to create lasting results.
Outside of the gym, she enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, and being with her husband and two sons. Theresa believes the strength you build in training should empower you in everyday life.
