Coach Eric has over 8 years of experience with individual and group personal training. He has been active in sports throughout his life and began training as a way to share his passion for health and wellness with others. He is certified as a trainer through NPTI and holds certificates in nutrition, functional range conditioning/ mobility and kettlebell movement. Eric makes working out fun while still challenging his clients and lifting them up through positive and constructive feedback to ensure they get the most of the workout. In his free time, you can find Eric hiking, mountain biking and spending time with his family and friends.
