Rebecca Wade
Rebecca has a love for people and fitness and enjoys motivating people to push past their limits to reach their individual goals. As a retired Army officer with over 20 years of service, her passion for fitness stems from the rigor and challenges found within the military. With a “work hard, play hard” mentality, you’ll find her juggling family, career, faith and fitness.

Andy Mcllveen
PittFitness has the potential of changing lives. A team of dedicated individuals who work well can accomplish anything if they work together. My passion for fitness comes from clients. Inspiring people, motivating people and developing people are what I do best.

Cathy Underwood
I love the energy that the members bring to each class at PittFitness and how EVERY workout is unique AND kicks your butt! I am most passionate about being able to build strength and confidence in individuals and share my love of working out with everyone!

Fun Fact: I began working out at PittFitness with my dance team in 2008, and have been working here ever since.

Dante Alexander
I love having the combination of that family vibe/atmosphere at PittFitness and hard working mentality flowing through the building every day. You build relationships that last forever over at PittFitness because of those two characteristics that both the staff and members have about themselves. I’m most passionate about the grind that it takes to achieve physical/mental goals that were once thought of as out of reach when it comes to fitness.

Emily Workman
PittFitness has an awesome environment, everyone is so welcoming and striving for the same goal! I am most passionate about helping others reach their goals in fitness. Seeing people achieve things that they never thought possible is the greatest! I don’t think there are any fitness goals that are unattainable and I love to help in any way I can!!
Favorite Workout Song: Anything by Imagine Dragons!
Fun Fact: I am addicted to OCR races!! I have traveled the country doing a variety of Spartan Races and I would love to nerd out with anyone regarding talking anything OCR related. I am down for any and all races, so reach out if you have a race in mind you want to do!

Jon Zinger
What I love most about PittFitness is our members! I love building relationships with them and making them feel better about themselves through fitness. I am passionate about multiple aspects of fitness and that is how I have always programmed for myself. I think it is important to run a hybrid program that incorporates the proper balance of aerobic and anaerobic training. Personally, I enjoy the weightlifting portion of my program the most!
Favorite Workout Song: Depends on my mood, but I like listening to rap when I’m training. Young Thug, Drake, and Jay-Z are a few of my go-to artists.
Fun Fact: I have a beautiful wife Tamanika and we have two wonderful boys, Jonathan and Markus. Also, I come from a large family being one of seven children, and I have a twin brother as well.

Troy Temple
PittFitness and I go way back. When it was still named “Catz,” this place helped me realize my potential as an athlete and showed me what I was truly capable of. I had never been pushed like I was before I came here. It helped me achieve the results and mindset I needed to thrive.
I love fitness because I LOVE discovering how amazing and capable the human body is. Especially in a competitive environment, fitness provides us all an opportunity to see what we are made of physically and mentally.

Fun Fact: I once backpacked almost 600 miles across the northern coast of Spain. They made a documentary about it called, “Footprints: The Path of Your Life.”

Sherri Webster
I love being able to meet all the clients and getting to know them. PittFitness feels like a home away from home with the relationships I have with the members and the staff. My passion at the gym is working with people and making sure their needs are met and that they are getting the most out of their membership.
Favorite Workout Song: Anything by Prince
Fun Fact: I am a Scorpio and it describes me perfectly, from my loyalty to my attention to detail. It is a water sign and any time I am near water that is my happy place. Which is perfect since I’m from Minnesota, Land of 10,000 Lakes.

I love the great people and energy at PittFitness! The mindset that is developed and the person you become in the process from pushing yourself to become better, is my favorite aspect of fitness.
